Do you like to run or walk? Well RunKeeper is for you

Gone are the days when you need to wear a pedometer to track the number of steps you take and they are so cumbersome and make your clothes look lumpy anyway.

RunKeeper is a fun way to track the distance you have walked or run. You can set goals for yourself like, how many kilometres you would like to walk in say a year, your goal weight or you might want to finish a race.

The app will keep track of how far you have walked this week, your average pace, how many times you have walked, calories burned, elevation and time spent walking.

When you start and activity you set the type (walk or run), you can select a route and a playlist, runkeeper will then use GPS signals to track your route, pace, calories, time, steps and distance and all you have to do is walk.

RunKeeper also lets you connect your activity with social media like Facebook and Twitter and connect with friends.
